Site work, renovation and addition to a library in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call library; for the addition of a 19,320-square-foot, three-story above grade library; for the renovation of a 12,000-square-foot, three-story above grade library; and for site work for a library.
Expansion and renovation of Éva-Circé-Côté (previously Saint-Charles) Library heritage building. The scope of the project includes construction of a three-storey expansion that will house additional rooms for adult, general public, family sections, additional premises for for employees and operations, exterior renovation and landscaping work. The project involves renovation of approximately 1,100 square meters in the existing building and the addition of 1,800 square meters for a total area of approximately 2,900 square meters. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is underway. Working drawings are expected to begin in early 2025. Owner expects that project design will be completed in spring 2025 to issue a tender for the general contractor in summer of the same year.
