Scopes listed shall be priced in their entirety (inclusive of all labor, material, means of conveyance, supervision, and equipment) for a complete and finished system per the contract documents. 1) Bid Pricing is to be based off of the added scope for this project included in Revision #2 dated April 14 th , 2023 by Barrett L. Wiliamson Architects. Original documents are included for reference. 2) Provide and install all pen posts, fence panels, horse stall panels, stall gates and all required hardware and finishing. Include required corner posts and in wall support as required for a complete installation. 3) Provide and install sliding agricultural door. Include all required structural support, finishes and hardware for a complete installation. 4) Provide and install galvanneal dutch doors and hollow metal frames complete. Include all necessary structural support, finishes and hardware for a complete installation. 5) Provide and install 60 LF of retaining wall on east side. West 214 LF is to be excluded as it is included in a previous contact. 6) Provide and install horse stall mats.
