New construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Lake Forest, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,345-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
The owner is seeking contractor bids for the construction of a structural steel patio shade structure on an existing patio. This project is being financed with Community Development Block Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and subject to certain requirements including compliance with Section 3 Economic Opportunities requirements; payment of Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wages, as applicable; Federal Labor Standards Provisions. There is a 10% bid bond requirement. The successful bidder will be required to furnish City with a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, and a Payment Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid Question Deadline 05/10/2023 at 5:00 PM PT Must be sent via the electronic bid management system.
