Renovation of an educational facility in Plano, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of work: Demo existing Switchboard and provide and install new Switchboard per specifications. A. Provide a grounding electrode for the facility and a ground electrode conductor system to connect to the electric service main equipment. B. Provide supplementary grounding electrodes as specified herein. 1. Provide connections from the grounding electrode system to: 2. The electric power system grounded circuit conductor (neutral). 3. The electric power system non-current carrying enclosures and equipment ground conductors (equipment ground). C. Provide connections from the grounding electrode system to auxiliary ground conductors for data and voice communication systems (isolated ground). Each individual Proposal package submitted must be accompanied by Bid Bond made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent (5%) of the Proposal price (for Proposal bond purposes
