Background: The North Smithfield High School Auditorium holds many events throughout the year, including concerts and various other school funcons. As the North Smithfield High School connues to improve their programs and receive more recognion, it is imperave that they be supported with an up-to-date lighng system that fits their needs. Upon compleon, North Smithfield High School will have an updated lighng system that will be able support all music funcons, classroom funcons, town meengs and mulmedia presentaons. General Lighng Overview: North Smithfield High School will be upgrading the exisng lighng system and ulizing the exisng control console. This covers added fixtures in the front of house lighng cove and side box booms to add front area light to the stage and side fill light to the Orchestra pit area. Added fixtures to the pipe ends of the first and third electric for sidelight fill. Vendors shall provide an itemized list with prices for RFP. Vendors shall provide a separate itemized list with prices for all labor related expenses in RFP. Labor shall include installaon of all new equipment and configuring new equipment to work with exisng equipment. All work must be completed by June 20, 2023.
