Reference Number 0000318288 This project consists of the cold milling and resurfacing of the following streets in the City of Eastpointe: o Juliana Avenue - Virginia Avenue to Shakespeare Avenue o Ego Avenue - Shakespeare Avenue to Cushing Avenue o Sprenger Avenue - Boulder Avenue to Shakespeare Avenue o Boulder Avenue - Stricker Avenue to Juliana Avenue HMA, 5EML 1,400 TON HMA, 4EML 525 TON Curb Ramp, Conc, 4 inch 725 SFT Curb Ramp, Conc, 8 inch 350 SFT Sewer, Cl IV, 12 inch, Tr Det B 95 LFT Dr Structure, 24 inch dia 10 EA Dr Structure Cover, Adj, Case 1 12 EA External Structure Wrap, 18 inch 17 EA A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Eastpointe, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Eastpointe reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates.
