Asbestos abatement, remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Amanda, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
The Project Ohio Army National Guard Armory facility in Tarlton, Ohio consisting of roof repairs, exterior wall cleaning, repair/masonry tuck pointing, seal/waterproofing of exterior masonry walls, sealing window sills and lintels. Interior work shall consist of reconfigure and remodel the female latrine space to include new facilities for showers, stalls and sinks. Reconfigure supply and storage areas, remodel office spaces. Replacement of all interior doors. New ceilings, paint interior walls and deck above where exposed to view. Strip flooring with refinished concrete floors. Upgrade and increase the electrical system to current capacity levels. Renovation to include mitigating known and unknown Hazardous Materials including but not limited to Lead and Asbestos containing materials Alternate bid items are as follows: o ABI #1 - Kitchen Hood Upgrade o ABI #2 - Full Window Replacement o ABI #3 - Re-Tile of Latrine Walls o ABI #4 - Additional Hot Water Supply o ABI #5 - Removal and Recoating of Exterior CMU Paint Project
