Site work for a water / sewer project in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
KORT SPRINGS DRAINAGE BASIN REHABILITATION PILOT PROJECT This project will replace failing infrastructure and reduce maintenance in a basin that drains approximately 1,200,000 square feet of impervious area. The plans and specifications call for removal of old concrete channel and outlet structure, the construction of sinuous channel with riffles and pools and a bioretention area with micro pools. Both the inlet and outlet structures will need to be rehabilitated. Work in South Fork of Beargrass Creek and the intermittent drainage path will need to be protected throughout construction. Award - The Contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest responsive, responsible bid. MSD reserves the right to award multiple contracts as determined by MSD to be in its best interest. MSD reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or waive any informality in any Bid.
