As of September 17, 2024, an awarded general contractor has been identified. Construction is nearing completion. All trades awarded. For the City of Kingston, Ulster County, New York, are sought and requested as set forth. The proposals will consist of Prime Contracts for Site Construction, General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Plumbing Construction and Electrical Construction. The work of the project consists of: 1. Renovate Dietz Stadium Grandstand (interior and exterior renovations). 2. New Concession Stands (Home-side and Visitor's-side). 3. New Gated Ticket Booth Entrance. 4. Re-surface running track. 5. Resurface Athletic Field. 6. Replace scoreboard. 7. Replace Stadium Lighting. 8. Site improvements (water, sanitary, and storm sewer piping upgrades; parking and driveways, sidewalk replacement, new basketball court, landscaping, etc.) at the City of Kingston's Dietz Memorial Stadium, 170 North Front Street, City of Kingston, Ulster County, New York. Bids received after the designated date and time will be considered unresponsive and returned to the bidder unopened. The goal is expressed as a percentage of the total Grant Funding received through the NYS Department of State Downtown Revitalization Initiative (NYSDOS-DRI), NYS Department of Environment Conservation Climate Smart Communities (NYSDEC-CSC), and NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation Green Innovation Grant Program (NYSEFC GIGP) Funds.
