Through this Invitation for Bids (IFB), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit bids for reconstruction of Haggerty Road (between Ecorse Rd. and Van Born Rd.) consisting of pavement removal, concrete pavement reconstruction , adding a center left-turn lane and right turn lanes at new and existing driveways, excluding intersections, and include curb and gutter work throughout the project limits, storm sewers, water main, curb & gutter, driveway approaches, signing and pavement markings.
