Drainage Improvements within the High Meadows and Fairgreen Subdivision (2018) for Harris County Precinct 2 - UPIN 19101MF17C01 Questions Due Date: Apr 28th 2023, 12:00 PM CDT SUMMARY A. The High Meadows and Fairgreen Subdivision Drainage Improvements project site consists of subdivision drainage improvements located High Meadows and Fairgreen subdivisions, located west of John F. Kennedy Boulevard, east of Russ Drive, north of Aldine Mail Route Road and south of Lauder Road., in east Harris County; discharging into HCFCD Channel P138-01-01. Major work activities include approximately 4,790 linear feet of various reinforced concrete pipe sizes, inlets, manholes, junction boxes, culvert outfalls, clearing and grubbing, installation of flow regulators, and removal and reconstruction of existing driveways. B. The overall objective for this project is to increase storm sewer capacity and reduce the risk of flooding in the High Meadows and Fairgreen Subdivisions. The proposed improvement will outfall into a HCFCD maintained ditch P138- 01-01 that drain to Greens Bayou P138-00-00. C. The "Time of Completion" of this construction contract will be 215 working days (defined as consecutive calendar days). Contractor will be required to have two separate crews working simultaneously on the two drainage system (Charriton drainage and Debeney Drive) to meet the contract time.
