Under Toronto Municipal Code 851-8 annual test reports for backflow prevention devices must be submitted to the City of Toronto by property owners. TCHC started the Backflow Prevention Program in 2015 to annually test all the backflow prevention devices installed at TCHC properties and to submit reports to the City of Toronto. As such, testing/inspection of all backflow prevention devices eliminates potential penalties under the Municipal code and is a proactive measure to ensure all devices are in proper working order. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of Backflow Prevention Program services at various TCHC locations. TCHC will be awarding to the lowest total priced Proposal.
