**As of July 10, 2023 this project has been awarded to Bluff City Construction Co. LLC with bid amount of $44,379.15. The Town of Atoka invites sealed bids from qualified companies to remove the 30" CMP, STA. 0 +30 pipe and replace with a 30" concrete culvert (Class III). All bidders must be licensed contractors to perform the type of construction herein described and as required by Tennessee Code Annotated. Acceptable contractor classifications are: HRA and MU. The Town of Atoka is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. The Town encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit qualifications. The Town of Atoka reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, in whole or in part, and/or all proposals, and to award the bid in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
