This project includes but is not limited to installation and programming of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OCFI) Fike fire alarm equipment at Canyon Rim Elementary School. All required bid documents must be DIGITALLY SIGNED by the person or persons duly authorized to sign the bid. Digitally Signed is pursuant to California Government Code section 16.5, which requires among other requirements, that a digital signature be 'capable of verification' such as a DocuSign or Adobe Sign signature with certification. The District's determination of whether a digital signature meets the requirements of Government Code section 16.5 shall be final. If the Bidder is unable to digitally sign the required documents, the bidder must sign, scan, and electronically submit the required documents AND must also send original required documents via overnight mail, or in person, to the Purchasing Department located at 726 W. Collins Ave., Orange, CA 92867 not later than 24 hours on the next business day after bid deadline. Failure to comply with the requirements will render the bidders bid non-responsive.
