Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water), the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed Bids for the aforementioned project. The procurement process and the performance of the Contract shall be governed by the provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Owner via IonWave website. Questions received less than fourteen days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Furnishing and installation of two new 900 gpm non-clog centrifugal pumps, two variable frequency drives, and a Pump Station control panel. G. Removal of existing wet well slab. Furnishing and installation of new wet well precast slab. H. Furnishing and installation of new magnetic flow meter. I. Modifications to Control/Generator Building. J. Removal of the overhead monorail structure. Furnishing and installation of a fix davit. K. Improvements to the electrical distribution system including furnishing and installation a new Automatic Transfer Switch, a new Manual Transfer Switch, and a portable generator plug. L. Removal of existing diesel generator. Furnishing and installation of a new diesel generator. M. Furnishing and installation of a new emergency eye wash and water heater. N. HVAC upgrades. O. Modification of the Bioxide(R) injection point and feed pump control to flow pace dosing based on new meter. P. Furnishing and installation of new Bioxide Feed System. Q. Incorporation of a sump pump within the valve vault. R. Milling and overlay. S. Site improvements including expanding the fence, relocating light pole, and upgrading site lighting to LED lights
