** As of 06/15/2023, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council authorize and approve a contract with Peter S. Turello, LLC, PO BOX 1270, New London, Connecticut, for two paving projects; one for the Broad Street Fire Station for Eighty-Four Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($84,000) and one for the Parks & Recreation garage for Thirty-Three Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents; for the quoted total amount of One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($117,000.00) and a contingency of Thirteen Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($13,000) not to exceed One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($130,000) to be paid from Capital Reserves The project will involve removal of existing asphalt/concrete, base preparation and asphalt paving of an existing driveway/parking lot and base preparation and asphalt paving of an existing dirt driveway/parking lot. The Bid, as specified, has been separated into 3 projects and the Required Bid Forms reflects costs for each Option defined in the Scope of Project. Question Deadline 05/10/2023
