Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking to contract with a qualified Vendor to provide Owners Representative Services for Hurricane Ian repair work. Owners Representative Services, as outlined in the detailed specifications, will have 2 components; Pre-award Services and Construction Services. Pre-award services performed by the Vendor will begin at the issuance of a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor and continue up to the award of a construction contract to the Contractor. Vendor shall provide Owners Representative staff to sufficiently support the Countys procurement process for construction contracts. Construction services performed by the Vendor will take place in parallel with the construction schedule and shall end when construction is complete. Vendor shall provide representation for the duration of construction and sufficient Owners Representative staff to administer the contract and oversee the repairs for the project. All work must be tracked per site/facility.
