COPE OF WORK 1.1 The work to be done under this Contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and construction equipment necessary for the construction ofthe Project and in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by the Engineers, as set forth herein. 1.2 All work obviously necessary for the completion of the contract shall be included, whether or not specifically shown or specified. 1.3 The construction ofthe project, including the letting of contracts in connection therewith, will conform to applicable requirements ofFederal, State and Local Laws, Ordinances, Rules and Regulations. 1.4 The work shall include the installation of all materials required to complete the work whether furnished by the Contractor or the Owner. The work consists ofthe removal and disposal ofthe residual generated by water treatment plant processes from the South Lagoon as well as the north lagoon drainage improvements. The work is located at the Niagara County Water District, 7227 Williams Road, Town ofWheatfield, Niagara County, New York.
