Site work for a water / sewer project in The Colony, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of replacement of an existing 8" sanitary sewer line that crosses office creek east of FM 423 Main St. with a new 12" sanitary sewer line and includes new sanitary sewer manholes, and streambank stabilization. The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, demolition, excavation, shoring, installation, concrete encasement, backfill and testing of approximately 325 LF of 12" sanitary sewer and replacement of two concrete sewer manholes, and any other work deemed necessary by the city for a complete and in place sewer replacement as noted in the plans. The sewer will remain in operation for the duration of work and bypass pumping will be required.
