Site work and paving for a civil project in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of milling removal and hot mix Asphalt Concrete replacement of approximately 25,000 square yards of asphalt concrete pavement along London Bridge Road from SR 95 to Palo Verde Boulevard South. New Surfacing includes approximately 60 Water Valve Can Lid with Concrete Collars and 12 Sewer Manhole Lids. The work includes, but is not limited to, asphalt concrete pavement removal and replacement, water valve can and sewer manhole cover adjustments, traffic control and temporary striping. Inquiries received will then be answered in an Addendum. Project Completion Date: 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Lake Havasu City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof and waive informalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
