The project is expected to be awarded in mid to late July by the City of Griffin.** Installation of approximately 5,254 linear feet of 6-inch C900 PVC water main and related appurtenances. Also included in the project is the abandonment of 607 linear feet of 6" A/C water main and 3,705 linear feet of 2-inch galvanized water main. The project also includes sanitary sewer point repairs consisting of replacing 1,168 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main at 8 locations and the replacement of manholes. The project will be finalized with milling and overlaying the streets within the project area.
