As of July 21, 2023 the project is awarded to K.G. Walters Construction, awarded amount is $482,000.00 ITB-1-1-2023/MSS Estimated Cost Range: $445,000 -$465,000 The work generally includes improvements to three existing sewage lift stations; work at Woodland Village Lift Station includes bypass connection modifications, bypass pumping, flow meter replacement, valve replacement, pipe replacement, PVC liner repairs, excavation and concrete repairs, a new mechanical mixer, electrical and SCADA system improvements, and miscellaneous equipment. Work at Montreux Lift Station includes culvert replacement, bypass connection vault modifications, bypass pumping, wet well PVC liner repairs, a new mechanical mixer with electrical work, and waterproofing repairs to the existing dry pit hatches. Work at Diamond Peak Lift Station includes the installation of a cellular SCADA link.
