**As of May 30, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Demolition of all structures on 9414 Ardmore Ave in Fort Wayne, IN. Demolition will include complete removal of all structures, closure of any and all utilities including septic systems, erosion control, grading and seeding of site. The work on the Project (the Work) shall include all items specified in the Contract Documents for the Project as provided in Section 6 of this Contract, and including any previously approved or future change orders. 2. Notice to Proceed and Completion of Work. The execution of this Contract by the Parties constitutes notice to proceed with the Work. The Contractor shall begin the Work not later than spelled out (digits) days following the Effective Date, and shall complete the Work as specified in the Contract Documents.
