The proposed improvement consists of the following approximate quantities: 23,177 SY Portland Cement Concrete Surface Removal; 16,000 pounds Bituminous Materials (Tack Coat); 12,750 feet Longitudinal Joint Sealant; 1,623 tons Polymerized HMA Binder Course, IL-9.5FG, N90; ; 2,423 tons Polymerized HMA Surface Course, SMA, 9.5, Mix E, N80; 1,275 SY Class B Patches; 450 feet Combination Concrete Curb and Gutter, Removal and Replacement, Special; 200 feet Combination Curb and Gutter Removal; 150 SF Median Removal; 550 SF Concrete Median; adjustment or replacement of 54 water and sewer, gas, or communications structures; 22,300 feet Short-term Pavement Markings - Paint; 5,600 feet Short-term Pavement Markings - Tape; 400 SF Paint Pavement Marking - Letters and Symbols; 12,400 feet Paint Pavement Marking - Line 6"; 1,025 feet Paint Pavement Marking - Line 12"; 275 feet Paint Pavement Marking - Line 24" ; and all other necessary items and incidentals required to complete this project according to the plans and specifications. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council, and the decision of the Council will be final.
