Remodeling of a library in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the remodel of a library.
**As of July 17, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Project consists of interior renovations and new finishes to various portions of the existing Beaumont Library located at 3080 Fieldstone Way, Lexington, Kentucky 40513. The library will maintain operations during the duration of all construction activities. Coordination of phasing and all other construction activities will need to be coordinated with the Owner.
