Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lenox, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Furnish and install 2 ADA compliant egress ramps. Cut in and install 2 egress doors to the new ramps. Furnish and install a new sidewalk at Housing Unit 7. Replace and repair an existing trench drain and sidewalk at Housing Unit 3. Furnish and install new storm water piping and structures. Replace existing damaged and spalling brick at several housing units and at the Administration Building courtyard wall. Construct new ramps, retaining walls with galvanized steel railings, and sidewalks at 3 existing Housing Units. Replace existing sidewalk and trench drain at a fourth Housing Unit. Two of the Housing will have doors added for egress. The Facility has the doors, frames and some of the hardware. Install Owner supplied manholes and catch basins. Furnish and install storm water pipe, foundation drains, and trench drains. Deepest excavation is approximately 10 feet Remove and replace existing brick in soldier courses at various locations throughout the Facility. Tuck point brick at several locations.
