Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cassopolis, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of May 12 2023, no bids received. Questions may be directed to Brian Smith, Director of Facilities at 269-445-0624 or via email at brianleesmith@cassopolis.org The work shall consist of disconnecting existing parking lot storm water drainage lines from the football/track drainage line at catch basin 15a (see drawing) and installing a new drainage line (minimum 12" diameter solid pipe) from that point, east ofthe stadium bleachers, and south to the farm field (see drawing). Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete this project. All equipment must meet OSHA and MIOSHA standards.
