Engineers Estimate is $80,000. A summary of the work items is included below: Installation of 900LF of 10" DI and 100LF of 6" DI watermain near the City Harbor Development in Guntersville, AL. All pipe, fittings, and valves shall be furnished by GWSB. Project is located partially on easement and partially on city ROW. The work to be done under this Contract by the Contractor, at his/her own cost, shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, documentation, facilities, transportation, services, testing, and equipment, and of performing all work, necessary to construct and fully complete the project entitled, WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS FOR CITY HARBOR HOTEL AND CONDOS all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications and with the requirements and provisions of the Contract Documents. The Contractors scope of work under this Contract is not limited merely to physical construction and related services, material, or equipment, but also includes the totality of all of the Contractors obligations (e.g., including insurance, indemnity, and warranty obligations) under or arising from any of the Contract Documents.
