As of May 23, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Proposed Project encompasses Site Improvements at Thomas Holtzman Elementary School and Susquehanna Township Middle School. Site improvements include the restoration of the drives, parking areas, walkway, alleys, curbs, and sidewalks. Line painting and signage is also included. Budget for Holtzman is about $115,000 Budget for the Middle School Is about $125,000 One contract - total budget is about $240,000. During the bidding period, questions regarding the project shall be e-mailed to the attention of Jim Martin at jmartin@eiassoc.com . Bids shall be accompanied by 10% bid guarantee, payable to the Owner. If the Contractor itself is a MBE and/or MWBE and is serving at the Prime Contractor level,
