Site work, new construction and addition to a mixed-use development in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a 11,866-square-foot, one-story above grade parking garage; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Responsible Contractor Ordinance, as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders, including the requirements for Subcontractors. All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, paragraph 14- Bid Submission. A Certified Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of Whitpain Township in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. Whitpain Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse any or all bids submitted.
