Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tecumseh, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Corporation of the Town of Tecumseh (Town) is currently soliciting construction bids for the Scully / St. Mark's Replacement Pump Station project for an early 2023 construction tender. The construction project includes the following (see Figure 1 - Project Site Plan): - The construction of a new 6.0 m3/s stormwater pump station and a 1,000 kW diesel backup generator, including the related buildings and structures at 13698 Riverside Drive East, in the Town of Tecumseh; - The decommissioning of two existing pump stations; - The construction of shoreline protection at two properties, 13770 and 13698 Riverside Drive; - Full road reconstruction including large diameter storm sewers, sanitary sewers and watermain, streetlighting, curbs, multi-use pathway and roadwork. This project is located on Riverside Drive East, between Grant Avenue and Arlington Boulevard, in the Town of Tecumseh. The project limits also include Scully Pump Station property (13698 Riverside Drive East, Tecumseh, ON) and St. Marks Pump Station property (13770 Riverside Drive East, Tecumseh, ON).
