Site work and paving for a road / highway in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Washington County Public Works Department is issuing this request for proposals (RFP) to provide project coordination, public and agency involvement, environmental documentation, and preliminary design services for the MN 120 (Century Ave N/E County Line Rd) Reconstruction Project. MN 120 from I-694 to County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 12: o Is approximately 1.0 mile o Is a four-lane divided urban highway, with an exception area north of Long Lake Rd - which is a twolane undivided urban section o Is functionally classified as a A-Minor Expander o Has traffic volumes of 14,300 vehicles per day (2018) o Has a 40-mph posted speed limit o Is a border road between Ramsey and Washington Counties, as well as White Bear Lake and Mahtomedi.
