With this Request for Proposals (RFP) the City of Westlake, OH (the City) desires to purchase or otherwise acquire rights to use an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System that meets the requirements identified in this RFP. The City requires that any proposal for an ERP also include professional services necessary to implement the system. Proposers offering hosted services or software as a service (SaaS) systems are encouraged to propose. May 15, 2023 Answers to submitted questions provided June 14-21, 2023 Conduct Initial Interviews with all responsive proposers Early July 2023 Notify proposers elevated to implementation interview and software demonstration phase of evaluation Late July 2023 Conduct implementation interviews and software demonstrations with elevated proposers Mid-August 2023 Notify proposers elevated to discovery phase of evaluation Late August 2023 Conduct discovery sessions with elevated proposers September-October 2023 Notify finalist vendor and complete contract negotiations and Statement of Work (SOW) Fall 2023 Present final contract to City Commission for approval and execute final contract Winter 2023 Begin implementation The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
