Piggyback Solicitation No Insurance Required Yes Provide all labor, tools, and materials for the landscape renovation and improvement project at Riverdale Elementary School located at 11301 Lokanotosa Trail, Orlando, FL 32817. Objective: Remove existing landscape material to be replaced with new landscape material and mulch at Riverdale Elementary School. o All ornamental plant material will be removed and replaced in areas as indicated on the map. o Inspect the existing irrigation system to identify any and all repairs needed to ensure the proper watering of the new landscaping. o The existing Crepe Myrtle trees will remain. o Clean up and remove all fallen limbs, leaves, and loose landscaping debris throughout the entire campus. Site preparation: After the removal of plant material, areas to be replanted shall be prepared for new landscape installation following OCPS Design Guidelines. Installation: The Contractor will install the shrubs, plants, and pine bark materials selected by the Grounds department in accordance with the OCPS Design Guidelines. Work shall be completed by or within 30 days from the issuance of the purchase order. Final Inspection: Upon completion of the installation, the site will be cleaned up and inspected to ensure that all work has been completed to OCPS's satisfaction.
