No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof; except as prescribed in LA R.S. 38:2215 A. Contractors or contracting firms submitting bids for work besides Hazardous Materials, shall be properly licensed for any work in the amount of $50,000.00 or more. All such bidders shall certify that they are licensed Contractors under Chapter 24 of Title 37 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. Attention is called to the fact that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, creed, color, or national origin.
