Dona Ana County is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) preventive maintenance and repair services for the Dona Ana County Judicial Complex, Public Health Center, Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Building, and the Dona Ana County Government Complex others may be added as needed. The County intends to enter into a contract with one or two firms to provide the above mentioned services. The term of the contract will be one (1) year with an option to renew, by mutual written consent of both parties, for nine (9) additional one (1) year periods, not to exceed a total of ten (10) years. Pursuant to =13- 1-153 NMSA 1978 of the NM Procurement Code the County reserves the right to multi award this RFP to the most qualified Offerors providing the best value. The Dona Ana County Judicial Complex is a two (2) story building located at 201 W. Picacho in Las Cruces, NM. The Dona Ana County Public Health Center is a two (2) story building located at 1170 S. Solano in Las Cruces, NM. Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Assoc. Building (MVRDA) is located at 130 W. Lohman in Las Cruces, NM. The Dona Ana County Government Complex is a two (2) story building located at 845 N. Motel Blvd in Las Cruces, NM. The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into a Preventive Maintenance and Repair Service agreement between a vendor and Dona Ana County. A Preventive Maintenance Service is a series of planned tasks, including those recommended by each equipment manufacturers, designed to minimize wear related failures. Frequency of tasks will be periodically updated based on routine operating inspections, annual and multi-year maintenance, analysis of normal wear, experience and any change in the Owner's operating needs. The County will furnish power and water necessary for performance of the work. See the attached equipment listing.
