The Town of Hingham seeks electronic bids for on-call, full-service HVAC Mechanical Services to be performed in the Hingham Town Hall Building. The work under this contract shall consist of On-Call Full-Service HVAC mechanical services to be provided on an as-needed basis in the Town Hall. The successful bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary for the service, maintenance, preventative maintenance, installation, replacement, alteration, and/or repair of mechanical (HVAC) systems and any associated systems in Town Hall directed by Building Maintenance Supervisor in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions shown herein. A bid deposit equal to 5% of the value of the total bid is due upon submission of the bid documents. The total estimated value of the contract is up to $150,000.00. Award of a contract does not obligate the Town to engage the Contractor in performing any minimum amount of service during the contract period other than semi-annual scheduled maintenance. The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G. L. Chapter 149. Question Submission Deadline:May 5, 2023, 3:00pm
