Projects awarded to Miles Material, LLC for CHERT PIT project in the amount of $4.95 per ton, CHERT GRAVEL project in the amount of 6.20 per ton and CHERT CHUNK project in the amount of $7.40 per ton. Vulcan Materials Co. was awarded with the LIMESTONE GRAVEL project in the amount of $12.50 per ton Gravel D Grade 33 C and the LIMESTONE GRAVEL D #57 STONE project in the amount of $20.00 per ton Gravel D #57 Stone. Delta Contracting Co., Inc was awarded with the HOT MIX project in the amount of $95.00 per ton (picked up at plant), MILLING project in the amount of $19.00 per ton, RE-SURFACING project in the amount of $109.00 per ton (inplace), BINDER project in the amount of $95.00 per ton, and BINDER RE-SURFACING project in the amount of $104.00 per ton (in- place). Jones Bros. Contractors, LLC was awarded with the RIP RAP project for 8" Rip Rap 90# ($17.50 per ton) 6" Rip Rap 49# ($17.50 per ton). Traf-Mark Industries was awarded with the STRIPING project in the amount of $950.00 painted 4" line. Delta Tree Svc was awarded with the TREE TRIM/DEBRIS HAULING project for Zone 3 - $12,500.00. Doug Kinsey, LLC was awarded with the TREE TRIM/DEBRIS HAULING project for Zone 6 - $16,000.00.** All bids are to be sealed and marked on the outer cover of an opaque envelope Hot Mix, Chert Gravel, Limestone Gravel, Limestone Rip Rap and the Milling, Binder, Resurfacing, with Hot Mix Asphalt and Striping of City Streets, Concrete Product and Tree Trimming & Debris Hauling.
