As of August, 2023, construction of this project has been completed. Scope of Services The Work consists of any and all labor, materials, goods, supplies, equipment, tools, utilities, temporary facilities, transportation, delivery services, and other services and things of any nature whatsoever as are expressly and impliedly necessary to timely and satisfactorily complete the Project: (i) in strict accordance with the Contract Documents; and (ii) not later than the Required Completion Date specified in the Master Schedule. The Work consists generally of the following: General Conditions, Temporary Facilities, Grading and Compaction, Construction of CMU Retaining Wall to mitigate flooding of adjoining properties south of athletic fields, irrigation modifications to main line as described in DSA A#04-121601. Other Details The Project Site: The southeast corner portion of Rialto High School, located at 595 Eucalyptus Avenue, Rialto, CA 92376, along the south property line, adjacent and closest to North Pepper Avenue, and between existing residential properties on the south and the existing baseball fields on the north.
