Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of this project includes but is not limited to, the following site work, road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project. Construction of, Variable Thickness Asphaltic Concrete Pavement, Variable Thickness Concrete Base, Repair Pavement Sealing Joints and Cracks, Cracking and Seating Concrete Pavement, Pavement Grinding, 7" Concrete Driveway, Concrete Curb and Gutter, 5" Concrete Walk, Installation of Conduit, Fiberglass/polymer Concrete Pull Boxes, and Other Electrical Appurtenance, Gravel Filling, Concrete Removals, Pavement Marking, Sewer Work, Water Work, Tree Clearing & Grubbing, Etc.; All work on this paving contract shall be completed by October 31, 2023. The work on this contract shall start on or before June 12, 2023. Liquidated Damages, per diem: $500.00/Day The SBE requirement for this project is 25% of the contract base bid Bid Security Required: Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Cash to accompany bid: 10% of the Contractor's Base Bid. For those bids being submitted through Bid Express and using a manual Bond, the contractor may send a signed/executed copy of the bid bond to the Department of Public Works ST211180195 - North Fratney Street - East Vienna Avenue to East Capitol Drive ST211190140 - East Vienna Avenue - North Humboldt Boulevard. to North Holton Street Any questions regarding the design of the lighting system are to be directed to Street Lighting Engineering.
