Renovation of a municipal facility in Somerville, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All site activities will be coordinated with Somerville Building Superintendent or his designee. Strip existing EPDM rubber membrane, insulation, and flashings to primary roof system Inspect primary roof for wet insulation / compromised metal decking. Remove and replace any wet or deteriorated insulation. (8 sheets of infill insulation to be included in the bid proposal) Any amounts above this will only be done at unit pricing over and above this proposal and should be included as a separate line item in the contractors bid packet.
