In conducting the repairs, use only treated lumber Use only post bases with stand-offs After any steel repair, paint structural steel member with zinc-rich paint (preferably), or exterior paint Seal all exterior slabs, including balconies, stair landings, and exterior walkways, with waterproof sealant recommended for such an application Seal any gaps between flashing and topping slab Remove all corrosion from all stringers and clip angles at steel stairs and notify Opportunity Home to schedule a site observations specifically intended to identify steel-related areas requiring repair Regularly maintain all exterior elements, including regular painting of structural steel elements, and regular repair of topping slabs. Specific details have to be made since engineers are subject to approve Reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the solicitation process, or to terminate the solicitation process at any time, if deemed by Opportunity Home to be in its best interest. All questions or requests for information concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Bonfire Portal If the Contractor fails to list days to complete, the project must be completed in 45 days from notification to begin work.
