Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 2165.001, Custodianship of State Property, and Section 2156.121, Use of Competitive Sealed Proposals, the Texas Facilities Commission is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal for the provision of custodial services in various facilities managed by the Texas Facilities Commission located in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Fort Worth, and Waco, Texas. It is the intention of TFC to make multiple awards from this solicitation. Deadline for Submission of Questions May 11, 2023, 12:00 Noon Award by Commission July 20, 2023 9:00 AM Expected Contract Start Date September 1, 2023 All attendees shall sign "Onsite Tour Attendance Sheet" for each location. Copies of the sign in sheets will be provided through an addendum which will be posted on the Electronic State Business Daily. Only attendees of the mandatory walk-thru will be allowed to submit a response. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: TFC reserves the right to change the dates in the Schedule of Events set forth below upon written notification to the prospective Respondents through a posting of an addendum on the ESBD.
