A. Section Includes: 1. Design, procurement, installation, maintenance, operation and removal of control-ofwater systems. 2. Dewatering, depressurizing, draining, and maintaining trench excavations and foundation beds in dry and stable condition, and controlling groundwater conditions for excavations on all project areas associated with the work. 3. Protecting work against surface runoff. 4. Disposing of removed water. 5. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all permits related to control of water. Project Number - 468-2023-005511, 22-05-E186 A BID BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE PERCENT (5%) OF THE TOTAL BID OR AN ANNUAL BID BOND IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO BID OPENING.
