Renovation of a detention facility in Eagleville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
It shall be the intent of these specifications to furnish all labor and equipment required to install the units requested earlier at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility, in strict accordance with the following specifications. of HVAC Units at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility. Replacement of New DX & Hot Water Coils and Condensing Units or approved equal Rooftop Units. (C and D Housing Units). o Furnish and Install 6-Hot Water Coils for Existing Air Handlers o Furnish and Install 6-DX Coils for Existing Air Handlers with TXV Metering Devices o Furnish and Install 5-7.5 Ton Coleman Condensing Unit 2 pipe R410A 460 3 Phase o Furnish and Install 1-10 Ton Coleman Condensing Unit 2 pipe R410A 460 3 Phase The new units will be direct replacement of the existing units. The existing roof curbs and steel dunnage will be reused. Weather, temperature, crane availability and correctional facility internal issues must be accommodated.
