The engineer’s estimate for the Willow Oaks and Burgess Parks improvement project: • Willow Oaks Park - $3,460,390 • Burgess Park - $915,807.50 This project includes the renovation of Willow Oaks Park and Burgess Park. The Willow Oaks Park improvements include replacement of the playground with a new child play equipment, rubberized surfacing, artificial turf and fencing; the installation of a new dog park including artificial turf, fencing, and drinking fountain; basketball court resurfacing; removal and replacement of AC and concrete pathways; and new utility lines. Willow Oaks park improvements also include the installation of a new prefabricated restroom and its associated foundation and utility work. The Burgess Park improvements include the replacement of the playground, rubberized surfacing, area drains, ADA compliant parking stall and concrete walkways, new fencing, grading and drainage, and the installation of utility lines.
