The Work includes and consists of: furnishing all labor, operations, materials, accessories, incidentals, services, and equipment for work on the specific aforementioned project. The specific Work includes: furnishing all labor, means and methods, materials Demo of the existing Mechanical Equipment, Electrical infrastructure changes, remodel of bathrooms, windows, ceilings, and cooler and freezer. Installation of new Rooftop units. Materials and/or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide acomplete project shall be included in the Bid and shall conformto all Local, State, and Federal requirements in accordance with the requirements, terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions hereinafter contained. Disruptive work shall not commence no sooner than October 2, 2023 and shall be substantially completed no later than January 12, 2024, final completion by January 19, 2024. The sealed bids shall reference: NWC Ag Pavilion. No bid will beconsidered unless accompanied by the required bid guaranteeof 5% of the total bid amount. The bid guarantee amount shallbe forfeited if the bidder is awarded the Contract and fails toenter into a Contract with the Owner. The Successful Bidder willbe required to provide payment and performance bonds in anamount of at least 100% of awarded contract price.
