In accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Code of the City of Redding, sealed proposals must be submitted to the City Clerk's 3 floor office of the City of Redding, located at City Hall, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, California 96001. The said proposals will be opened at the designated City Hall Conference Room as posted in the main lobby of City Hall, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, California. The current construction cost, not including contingencies or construction management is $2.5 million. There will be 220 workings days for construction of the project. The bidder shall provide the original (unbound), four (4) copies and a USB drive with a PDF copy of the proposal. Fax or electronic submission of proposals will not be allowed. One (1) set of the Fee Proposal is to be submitted in a separate, sealed envelope. Proposal package may be obtained from the City's website.
