Renovation of a municipal facility in West Bend, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Washington County Facilities Management Office is seeking bids to replace the existing EPDM Single-Ply, Stone-Ballasted Roof (membrane swap) on the Washington County Public Agency Center (PAC) located at 333 East Washington Street, West Bend, WI 53095. The base bid of this project generally consists of removal and replacement of the existing EPDM membrane over existing insulation for Roof Areas 1-7 on the PAC roof, new stone ballast, sheet metal work, and carpentry work. This project includes an alternate bid which may or may not be awarded (depending on availability of funds), to retrofit the existing penthouse walls with new metal wall panels and related flashings and trim.
