Renovation of a water / sewer project in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project on KTA (I-35) in Sumner County is for drainage improvements at MM 15 (Slate Creek). Pre-qualification. Bids will only be accepted by Contractors that are pre-qualified by the Kansas Department of Transportation. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of bid and made payable to the Kansas Turnpike Authority as guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and give a performance bond as required if awarded the contract. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity therein to determine which is the lowest responsible bid most suitable to the Authority.
